My name is Diana Roman, and I am a photographer.
I am pretty sure that your saying, ok what’s the difference between you and someone else, so let me tell you a bit about myself.
Since I can remember, I have had a camera in my hand. From a young age I found that taking pictures and having memories gave me life and gave others the opportunity to share in those memories. As I got older, I realized that I could share this reality that I found with others.
Photography is more than a click of a button on a camera. It is more than simply freezing a still image and then never looking at it again. No, photography is so much more than that. It is a time when people get together and share, laugh rejoice and have a person come in and capture that moment so that one day you can remember those times once again.
I believe that moments are priceless and most of them cannot be re-done or re-lived. When you get your picture taken or you are at an event and someone photographs it, I want you to have the ability to look back and smile because you got to remember that time when you were together with others and shared something special.
My theme is “anyone can take a picture, but not everyone can capture a moment”. I chose this because I have seen Weddings, Sweet 16’s and Birthdays photographed somehow the momentum is missing in these pictures. You see the reason I am different is because I want you to look at that picture and not only smile, but be able to take yourself back to that moment, relive it and have an awe moment, satisfied in knowing that that precious day was captured with the utmost love, and that you will cherish it for a lifetime.
Let me capture the moment that will simply take your breath away.
